Eighty percent of time spent on social media platforms is happening on mobile, so you should plan to experiment with ads on different platforms to see which ad performs best for each audience.

Already the top mobile app of 2017, Facebook was the leader in social media ad revenue, with more than 80 percent coming from mobile ads.
Instagram and Snapchat also earned some of the most social media ad revenue through their apps.
As we see this trend continue, we expect to see more brands producing mobile-friendly content, as well as more social media platforms rolling out updated mobile-friendly features.
3. Brands will integrate more live video marketing and video content into their social media marketing.
Investing time in creating video content, especially live video, will show your customer the “other side” of your brand. This is a great opportunity to connect with your customer by showing them your light-hearted “human” side.
With more than 100 million hours of video content watched on Facebook alone daily, you need to take advantage of this unique opportunity.

4. Customer service experiences will shift by using messaging apps.
After experimenting with different ways to communicate more efficiently with customers, many brands have been turning to messaging apps to communicate and provide a better experience for their customers.
Messaging apps are used by more than four billion users worldwide, so this method will continue to provide many opportunities in the years ahead.
Already, more than 59 percent of Americans think that social media has made customer service faster and easier to get questions and issues resolved.
5. More businesses will invest in more qualified talent.
Most companies have started hiring qualified professionals who understand how to grow a brand’s audience with a strong strategy on each social media platform.
This will not only help to grow your audience but will also keep your already established followers motivated and engaged.
